This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by us.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel a service with us at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the customer dashboard or sent via email to [connect@aarambhik.com]. To ensure a seamless cancellation process, customers are required to provide their account information and a brief reason for cancellation.
2.2 Product Return and Cancellation Physical products may be returned within 3 days of the original purchase if they are in new and unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to hardware returns, as detailed in the product terms.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Services If customers cancel their service within 24 hours of the initial purchase, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the unused portion of the service. Custom services or projects that have been initiated cannot be refunded. However, if work has not commenced, a partial refund may be considered.
3.2 Products Refunds for physical products are processed upon the return and inspection of the merchandise, excluding any shipping and handling charges.
3.3 Web Hosting and Domain Names Web hosting services are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, excluding domain registration fees, SSL certificates, and any other third-party services.

The sale of digital products, including but not limited to software, downloadable content, and online courses, is final. These products are not eligible for return or refund.
